The guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, followed by a buffet style dinner featuring items such as parmesan crusted chicken breast, and a mashed potato/sweet potato bar with condiments. We catered GS Publishers Annual Luncheon Meeting at the AW Jones Heritage center at the Lighthouse on St Simons.  This was our second year and we enjoyed the people and the food!!

Friday night was The Grand at St Simons.  It was the Owners’ Annual Cocktail Party.  Everybody loved the food and beverage.  A great time was had by all.  This was our second year with this function as well!! A smashing success!!

This weekend we had a private party here on St. Simons Island.  We were requested by the host to prepare an Argentine Themed Menu and we were ready for the challenge!  The hors d’oeuvres included Beef and Potato Empanadas, Ham and Ricotta Sorrentinos, and Chicken Taquitos.  The entree was a Steak and Lamb Asado with Chimichurri and finally, the dessert was a Tres Leche Cake with Berries.  Everyone enjoyed the food and a festive evening! Buenos Noches!!

We love a culinary challenge!
