Taste of Glynn

We had a wonderful time at our second year participating in the Taste of Glynn Fundraiser!  We were so blessed to have beautiful weather for our Poolside Location!  We brought our Vidalia Onion, Sweet Corn and Apple Wood Smoked Bacon Dip in Individual Bread Baskets, Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Soba Noodles and Julienned Vegetables, and Classic Bananas Foster over Vanilla Ice Cream with and Almond Tuille Cookie.  We had such a good time visiting with familiar faces and some new friends.   We are already looking forward to next year’s event!!

Everything you made was delicious! You were my “people’s choice winner.” And your presentation was just right! You knew how to portion everything for a tasting. But your banana’s foster was AMAZING…I wish that would have come in a bigger bowl :)
